Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is secluded from the sea with a few minutes walk (about 250m) and all amenities. The pier is within walking distance, but you can also drive a car. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several swimming beaches nearby. It is possible to rent in a heated sauna close to the cabin. Parking areas are included.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to the garden outside the apartment. The centre of Arendal is approximately 5-10 minutes walk. You can expect to come to the apartment as it is presented in the pictures.
