The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly refurbished apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1 floor. Hall: w/wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room w/kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom w/shower and WC and a spacious hallway.

Whether you are on a business trip or romantic weekend in Trondheim. 300 meters from the city center and the nearest grocery store is just around the corner. The apartment is modern and great furnished with lovely views towards Nidelva from the top floor and one flight of stairs up is a shared roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, appliances, kitchenware and bedding. Perfect for 2-4 people, but there is room for 6.

Right next door are shops, restaurants, bars, concert stages, and the city's public transport hub. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakklandet" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Enjoy a cozy stay in a charming wooden house! From the apartment at Møllenberg, most attractions are within walking distance — including Bakklandet, the city center, Solsiden, universities, restaurants, and shopping areas. There's also a nearby bus stop with excellent public transport connections. No parking on the property, but street parking is available nearby, and there’s a short distance to the nearest parking garage. Payment via SmartPark/EasyPark.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location in Trondheim. The apartment is located at Møllenberg, a unique and charming wooden house area with buildings from the late 1800s. Short distance to shops, bakery and cafe/restaurants. Only 20 min walk to the city center. The apartment is not big, but you have what you need for shorter or longer stays.
