Central detached house with normal standard. The residence is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two-three cars with 1 EV charger available. The house is most suitable for families or groups. We live here as usual ourselves, so there are private items in the home.

Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Short distances to several facilities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal centre where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the property, space for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging an electric car (type 2) included in the rental price, (cannot guarantee that it works on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

From the house it is 5 minutes to the bus and shop. You spend 20 minutes on a walk to the city center.
