Petras place was great, we enjoyed a quiet getaway with great views and a quick drive to the zoo

Greetings all, everything was great!! Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and parks and all within walking distance. The home and cottage were perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and utensils necessary. I would recommend this location to family/friends. Additionally, McKenna was terrific. I'm generally not the person in the family that handles travel plans so having her to reach out to was reassuring, and her response time was immediate. I will end this 5-star review by saying, if needing a place to stay in Avondale in the future, I will stay here :) Jackie

Andre's place Is definitely worth it, as a secluded location and electric vehicle charging. Andre himself was a great guy and very responsive to all communication. the place is very nice inside and can fit for. whatever you're staying for. I highly recommend his place because you will enjoy it.

Melinda is awesome, great for short or longterm stay. You definitely want every host to be like her.
