As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. This room also has a kitchenette with quartz countertop and luxurious private bathroom.

Amazing view of the Catalina mountains with a central location. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Spectacular hiking less than 3 miles away, quick 20 minute drive to downtown and less than 5 minutes to gyms, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, gas station, etc. Hosts would love to help make sure you feel at home and have the best stay possible. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.
