Whether you are travelling as a couple or a group of three or four ... our apartment is the perfect place for you to be. By tram you are in the historical center of Vienna with all its attractions and shops within 10 minutes. After an eventful day, you can relax in a cosy atmosphere. Of course you have free internet and Netflix available. On request we are also happy to provide a baby bed for the youngest.

You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. Sie betreten das Haus durch den hinteren Eingang und gelangen ins Stiegenhaus, welches auch von uns genutzt wird. Sie gelangen ins Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Diese zeitgeistige Wohnung mit rund 74m² Wohnfläche verschönert ihren Urlaub. Die Immobilie wurde komplett neu renoviert und befindet sich in einem 3-Parteien-Haus, familiär und ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Rosenstadt Tulln hat viel Sehenswertes. Das Egon Schiele Museum befindet sich direkt an der schönen Donaulände. Für Gartenliebhaber empfehlen wir die Garten Tulln zu besuchen. Jährlich tummeln sich viele Besucher bei den zahlreichen Messen in Tulln.

Good public transport connections (train and bus) to the center, 1 private parking spot in front of the house. Cosy winter garden, charming Biedermeier-room with kingsize bed, single bed and seating group. Bedroom (two doors) with double bed and bunk bed. Convenient kitchen with sofa, dining place, dishwasher, oven inclusive microwave. Bathroom includes toilet and shower.

I`m happy to host you in my lovely, sunny flat, just beside SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. To the Gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace you will walk only 3 Min. Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen: Traum-Wienerwaldruhelage

Our Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen offers full comfort in a small space. It is a mobile, partially self-sufficient caravan made of wood with a garden and terrace. Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.

Das gemütliche 35 m² Appartement befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss. Es bietet Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 2 Personen. Küche und Bad sind getrennt begehbar. Kühlschrank, Gas-Herd, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden, sowie div. Geschirr zum Kochen. Internet (WLAN) ist ebenfalls vorhanden und im Preis inkludiert. In 4 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof, von dem man in 17 Minuten in der Stadt (Westbahnhof) ist. 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum.

Mikrohaus in Krems-Süd

Auf Grund der positiven Erfahrungen als Airbnb Hosts, haben wir 2020-2022 den kleinsten Stadl auf unserem Grundstück in ein Tinyhouse umgebaut. Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Auf wenigen qm, bietet das kleine Haus alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Bezaubernde Terrasse inkludiert! Herzlich Willkommen!

A quiet flat in a historic house from the early eighteen hundreds with a private patio in one of Vienna’s most beautiful districts. The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.
