Monthly Rentals in Tumon Bay

All household items and fixtures were well-equipped, and there were enough towels, so it was very comfortable for 8 people to live. Next time I get a chance, I will visit again even if my large family travels to Guam.

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The location was very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other essentials. The house was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared—everything I needed was there. It was also a very relaxing space where I could truly unwind and feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Guam.

My friend and two families went, and it was close to Ypao Beach. It was also close to the main street of Tumon, so the location was very good. It's good to eat and have a good time with the kids There is a washer and dryer, so you can swim in the sea. It was also very useful for laundry. I intend to visit again next time.
