A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Time Away is a stunning self contained apartment which has been newly refurbished. With it's own entrance leading up the stairs to the apartment & a key box, arrival couldn't be easier. The apartment is located along Seven Mile Lane with easy access to the M20, M26 & M25 motaways linking to London, the coast & Major airports. The property has surrounding woodland with some lovely walks & pubs to choose from. West Mailing is the closest town with is vibrant & period high street.

The Brock Suite is perfect if you are looking for a complete escape in a countryside setting. The suite is within a large country family home where we also live. A spacious 25 ft bedroom on one floor and a luxurious en-suite with 2 person jacuzzi and a balcony on the top floor. The bedroom has a 4 poster bed, sofa and TV (Apple TV and freeview). No kitchen. Tea making facilities. Mayfield has 2 pubs and plenty of country walks. A car is needed.
