A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. Many trails within walking distance for great hiking, X-County Skiing, and go from the back door to trails that lead to the Ski Jumps. Lots of room to spread out! A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

House on Lake Flower close to downtown and Ice Castle (Winter) and Farmers Market (Summer/Fall). Guests have access to the downstairs of the home (upstairs is vacant/closed off). Picture windows offer fantastic views of Lake Flower, the Adirondacks and the downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.
