Your own self contained accommodation downstairs has a private entrance overlooking a lush courtyard and a few minutes drive from lovely Scarness Beach, restaurants ,hotels and shops.Guests can enjoy beautiful Bay views as they walk or cycle along a shady ten kilometer walkway from Vernon Point to the historical Urangan Pier. Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

Palm View is a 1 bedroom unit. with a private entry. You have your own bathroom, open plan, kitchen, and dining. It comes with ducted air con and ceiling fans. The sliding door leads out onto the private courtyard with outdoor furniture. The magnesium mineral pool feels silky and smooth on your skin and can help ease your aches and pains, a great way to relax and unwind. The pool is a shared space. There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

A beautiful, self-contained studio unit underneath Sailfish Cottage, the 80 year old restored ex-principal's residence from the local area is relaxing, private and peaceful, yet close to everything Tin Can Bay offers. Explore this beautiful area which offers wild, humpback dolphin feeding everyday at Nelson Point, lovely parks and walks, plenty of fishing and Rainbow Beach is only a 25 min drive away and Fraser Island is just a short ferry trip from Inskip Point.

A country home on our rustic acre. A basic hotel-style room for you behind(but connected to) our house, neat & tidy with its own bathroom & walk in wardrobe, & its own separate entrance. Two minutes off the highway, & a 3 minute drive from Tinana shopping centre. It has a queen size bed, a single bed, some basic cooking facilities(see pics), and a flat screen TV. The setting is a rustic country acre with chickens, a small food forest, and a dam.
