The place is good for couples, families (with kids), businesses, artisans, and artists.

Beautiful 18th century tufa stone character house, fully restored (140m2), beautiful terrace and quiet courtyard. You will love Turquant and its small alleys, vineyards, cave caves between Loire and vineyards. Visit the many assets of Anjou and Touraine between Saumur and Chinon, 50 km from Tours and Angers. The house is carefully decorated and comfortable, in the spirit of angevin sweetness. Accommodates up to 14 people.

Old barn completely renovated. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and sitting area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The pool is heated by a solar panel which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (beginning of May and end of September to beginning of October).

Independent, you will be accommodated in the comfort and close to the owners for any questions or needs.
