It was a wonderful holiday. We were here with our 7-month-old son. The property was clean, tidy, and generous. Michaela was the perfect host. She had a qualified response to every request and was very helpful and always kind. It has also embellished our holiday. The place is a bit more secluded, which was perfect for us. It is wonderfully quiet and you can relax wonderfully after the day trips. The pool is covered, which has made it perfect for our toddler needs. But even without children, it is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. It was a completely successful vacation. We recommend the place and of course Michela warmest. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Montelupo is a small place but famous for ceramics. Easy train connections to major cities like Florence, Siena, Empoli & Livorno. Clean and cozy apartment. Thanks Francesco.

Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We stayed 2 nights in Lucas's house. The apartment is a two-room apartment in which there was everything: dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, multifunction oven, TV, table and esdie on the terrace, clothesline, towels and hairdryer with diffuser! The location is nothing short of spectacular, overlooking the Bay of Campese. From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. There is a bus stop in the house, where you can visit the island even without a car. If you take the car, there is no parking under the house. I would say this is the only downside, but the location and the very clean and well-decorated house are worth walking a little to get to the car. If I had to go back to the island, I would definitely go back to Lucas. Everything was really perfect. Even the girl's welcome for check-in and the host's availability

Loved our stay here. Host was very responsive to our questions and was waiting to greet us when we arrived. To be honest, the apartment was much better than the pictures suggested. Really spacious!

We had a pleasant stay in the heart of nature. The environment is soothing. The outside is amazing with the natural pool. The interior is true to the photo however with a particular lingering smell of wet wood. Small downside, the hot tubs are not accessible freely, you have to ask at the reception. After 7:15 pm, there is no longer an option to go.

This was a spectacular place to stay in Florence! The location was ideal, surrounded with restaurants and nightlife, yet still private and quiet at night and just minutes away from some of the city's main attractions. The apartment's interior is gorgeous and accommodated all 4 of us comfortably. Highly recommend!

The place was spotlessly clean! Surrounded by pine trees in a very quiet place. The property offers parking, however, all were occupied. You can still park directly at the property on the side of the road (for free). The owner speaks very good English!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house and apartment were exactly as described – beautiful and well-maintained, and the location was just as great. The host was very responsive, and communication was clear and helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of local food and freshly prepared eggs, coffee, and more – truly a highlight of our mornings. The furniture, cleanliness, and the garden/terraces were all excellent, and the surrounding area added to the overall experience. The only downside we encountered was with the bathroom – the shower is level with the rest of the bathroom and is only separated by a curtain, which leads to water splashing everywhere if you’re not careful. Additionally, if the curtain blocks the drain, the water level can rise significantly, and due to the slope of the floor, water can spill out of the bathroom into the apartment. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and given the high price, we believe...

Satisfied in full and even more! Jacopo welcomed us with warmth, discretion and professionalism, even offering us a better apartment than the one booked, with traditional charm but equipped with all modern comforts, including a brand new bathroom and powerful Wi-Fi. We took advantage of the outdoor space for a quiet outdoor summer dinner and small pool for a refreshing dip. We felt truly pampered! The location is great, among the wonderful Sienese hills, quiet but close to many places of tourist interest. 5 minutes from the apartment there are shops and refreshment points. The picture is the excellent cleanliness and a beautiful, relaxing but well-kept atmosphere, which made us perfectly comfortable. Truly a beautiful discovery. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, we would have wanted to stay longer. We will be back!

Pier Giuseppe is a magnificent host--welcoming, friendly, kind, and an amazing cook. He made beautiful breakfasts, and he arranged a pasta making class for us as well as a tour of a dairy operation where Parmesano Reggiano is made and a farm that specializes in Balsamic Vinegar. We stayed in the spacious loft apartment on the second floor, which is quite comfortable and has everything one could possibly want. Tall people may bump their heads on the beams in certain places in the apartment. A good knock or two will remind you to keep your head down. Pier Giuseppe was also very helpful in providing us with advice on what to see and do in Bologna and the surrounding area. Next time, we visit that area of Italy, we hope to say with Pier Guiseppe again. We highly recommend Pier Giuseppe's accommodations.

We had a lovely stay together with our 8 month old baby. It was extremely nice that we could have delicious breakfast and dinner at the location, Antonio is an extraordinary cook, so we ate deliciously over and over again. The scenery and view were beautiful. Antonio had very good tips for activities in the area that were also very possible with a baby. When we want to go back to Tuscany, we will definitely come back!
