The house was called "Southern idyll" in Who lives here at NRK (season 2, 10th episode). It is located right above the city promenade with panoramic views of the city fjord. There are 150 sqm terraces, roof terrace and jacuzzi . The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 o'clock in the evening. It is only 1 minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent a boat space two minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).

Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! the walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic from the road. very soon there will be a big whole year jacuzzi available!
