Great location with frequent and quick bus connection to Arendal city center

We had a great time in this cozy apartment. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, with a great patio and the kids were ecstatic over both rabbits and ducks in the garden. Trampoline and not least that the nice kids in the house would play. Nothing to delay, we are more than happy to rent again.

Very cozy stay. Nice, big and well-maintained apartment with its own entrance even though it involves some stairs. Got very good instructions at check-in regarding everything from parking to keys. The host responded quickly if there was anything I was wondering about. The kitchen had the ones I needed for my relatively simple needs and the bathroom was well equipped. Otherwise, there were several grocery stores nearby. I am thankful that I was allowed to have my dog with us as we were in the area because of a nearby dog coffin. Very happy with the stay at Anette's place and we would love to come again :)

Incredibly flexible as we booked late the day before and everything was comfortable and in order until we arrived! Felt at home in a very nice apartment over 3 weeks. This is a fantastically beautiful house with a stunning view. Everything in the house works perfectly. I stayed here with my three kids, and they loved the numerous toys available, especially the Nerf guns and water pistols. The medium-sized trampoline in the garden was great for keeping my energetic boys busy, and there is a playground with swings just outside the door, with another playground within walking distance. For the price of a hotel room, you get an entire beautiful, modern house with two roof terraces. What's not to love? Additionally, Carl and Mari responded quickly to all our requests. Fantastic experience!

Lovely house with excellent location in idyllic Kolbjørnsvik. We liked it so much last year that we came back:). We love the views! And grilling on the terrace, the light, the peace and quiet, and how easy it is to get to town (the teens come and go as they please with the charming ferry, no need for a car). House is as described, and very bright with the morning sun). Kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Very responsive and helpful hosts.

We had a wonderful week in Tove's little house. In fantastic weather we enjoyed the morning swimming and the outdoor area. The photos correspond to reality. The city center is a 30-minute walk. Tove is a friendly and attentive host. We can only recommend the accommodation.

Martin and Kaja answered my questions before I wanted to ask them. The location of the house is wonderful, it is secluded and quiet and yet close to the center. You can explore the surrounding area on foot and for more activities you can drive by car. There is also a bus stop, the water can be reached within 60 seconds, the neighbors are friendly. We felt at home right from the start. You can also see that something is constantly being done at the house, so according to my forecast, the house can never get into a run-down condition. I am very happy with our stay and give 5 stars in all categories ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited a year ago, and this is my return visit. This is a good place to stay to choose again. It was well-equipped with many items, so it was very convenient to live. The location was close to downtown and close to a big road, so it was very convenient to get around. We wish you a lot of prosperity.

We had 4 nice days in Arendal

Our purpose was a place to stay for three adults and two small children two nights in connection with a private event in Arendal. For this purpose the place was perfect. Good parking facilities for 2 cars. Well equipped apartment. (A little trouble getting the coffee maker to work😀). Good beds. We would be happy to come back👍

Great location ten minute walk from the twon centre. Lovely, homely, clean and well stocked home with all you could possibly need, and a lovely deck to sit out on.

The apartment was super clean, well equipped and in a great location. Super friendly, nice and uncomplicated host. Check-in and out was hassle-free. Thank you also for allowing our dog to join us. The surroundings were very nice for excursions in the area and also walks with the dog. We would definitely like to come back because we liked it very much. The apartment's amenities were also very good and it really has everything you need. Price/performance is really justified. Thanks for this great place to stay.
