The living area has a 48" flat-screen TV and the kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher and oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for ONE vehicle only.

Easy 5 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier.
