Welcome to our newly built guest house, located on idyllic street with its own sauna and bathrobe distance to the beach. Within five minutes walk there is a grocery store, pizzeria, and bus stop that takes you to Gullmarsplan in 20 minutes. In the cottage there is Wifi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, free parking (with access to electricity), patio with barbecue. However, no TV. Exclusive, 400 square meter house with a large private lot cituated near the ocean with ocean view on one side and view over Tyresö Castle and the national park Tyresta, on the other side. 6 bedr, big kitchen, plenty of space, SPA-bath, big p-space outside of the entrance as well as outside and inside garage under the house. Hiking trails right outside the door. Features Wi-Fi, full kitchen, large bed, pull-out sofa, and grill area with both charcoal and firewood options. Free seasonal bike rentals make it easy to reach nearby shops (11 min by bike) or the Gudö å with canoe rentals. A pleasant 20 min walk to the bus stop.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
