Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Modern and well-equipped small extra house in beautiful surroundings close to Tyresö Castle. Easy communications to Stockholm city (500 meters to bus stop) and close to the sea (about 400 meters). Suitable for shorter overnight stays and visits to the Tyresta nature reserve as well as the Brevik peninsula. Why not plan for a "sea-to-summit" excursion? Climb up to Tyresös highest point, Telegrafberget, 85 meter above the sea level and enjoy the views. Sleeps one to two persons.

Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
