Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Huset är nyrenoverat med alla bekvämligheter som kan behövas och det finns en härlig kamin i vardagsrummet. Vid behov kan barnrummet enkelt göras om till kontor. Det är en fin promenad på 1 km till busshållplatsen, sen ca 30 min in till centralen.
