Vacation rentals with a sauna in Tyrrhenian Sea

Very functional apartment, good location and very nice pool! We were greeted by the dad who was lovely to us! I recommend it!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Karine's apartment in the centre of Menton old town. It's a very secure location, with a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area. The bed was really comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The apartment is closed to an award winning bakery as well as bars, restaurants, supermarket and of course the beach and waterfront. Karine was very responsive and met us before and after our stay to guide us around. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay and would recommend this apartment to others.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Very nice apartment, clean and cared for in every detail, even with many small attention for guests, from coffee and cookies to organize a breakfast to the bathroom products. The location is great, right in front of the lake, on the main street of Nemi. I was very kind, he always answered our questions very quickly and also suggested some places where we ate well. In short, a highly recommended choice!

Lovely apartment. It was walkable to key sights like the Coliseum. There is a Carrefour Express in the same building which was really convenient and there were some nice restaurants close by as well. The host was very responsive.

We had a lovely holiday at Borgo di Villa Cellaia and can strongly recommend staying here. Lisa and Stefano are the perfect hosts. They are super friendly, communication was always quick and easy and they gave us excellent recommendations for activities in the region. They were especially nice to our little daughter and always had a nice word for her and played with her. When our car battery died, they quickly helped us to fix it. The resort itself is lovely and follows the concept of Alberto Difuso. It is beautifully renovated, has large apartments with nice terraces, a huge pool area and beautiful views of Dicomano. The location is good to reach all parts of Tuscany quickly for day trips, especially Firenze and northern Tuscany, but also Siena/San Gimignano/Volterra are just a 1.5 h drive away. All in all highly recommended and we would love to come back.

The amenities on offer are of quality, the neighborhood is pleasant for walking. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights but maybe no more because the apartment is less suitable for a long stay ( in the sense that the kitchen is small, the kitchen equipment is succinct and there is no small table or chairs ) but it is not the priority for a relaxing romantic stay so overall I am very satisfied.

Our stay at this B&B was simply unforgettable. We really appreciated the sauna, which gave us moments of authentic relaxation, and the bathtub, which was really incredible for comfort and style. Every detail of the structure reflects meticulous care, from the design of the interior to the choice of accessories. The host's hospitality was extraordinary-we felt welcomed at home, with a warm and thoughtful attention that made the stay even more special. We look forward to coming back and reliving this fantastic experience.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Helga's home was perfect! The location is so beautiful, with every window looking onto an orange grove filled with bird song. The location is so peaceful and quiet. The path to the wall beyond the grove was enchanting and the view of the sea a must see. We walked there each morning to sip our coffee. The home is large, and kept in perfect condition. Helga was very helpful in making sure we got in and are happy. Her assistant Rosa was lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay again, and didn't want to leave. The bed in the bedroom is firm, and on the cooler days the floor can be cold so bring some warm socks. The home is equipped with heat that works really well, and I imagine it stays nice in the summer with the many windows and the breeze. If you are headed to Sorrento, stay here!

Andrea was an amazing host! Check in was at 3pm but we landed at 11am and he let us drop our bags inside. He gave us a tour of the flat and a map pointing out all the best places to visit which was really helpful. The flat it's self was fantastic! I planned a trip to Rome for my girlfriends birthday and the hot tub and sauna were a brilliant way to relax and recover from our endless exploring. Every amenities were available which made us feel right at home. The bathrooms came with soap and some shower gel and there was some detergent for the washing machine. Location was brilliant too. 5 min walk to the metro and and nice 10 min walk to the Vatican. There's also some lovely cafes and resturants near by. The area its self felt very safe and we felt like we were able to see and do so much because of how easy it was to get to places and back. Thank you again Andrea!!! We will definitely be back ❤️🇮🇹

Great place to stay, great host would highly recommend if you are visiting Sorrento

This place is in a great location, there is more parking in the surrounding area, the price is around 30-35 euros/24 hours, 2 rooms are clean and hygienic, the central air-conditioning system, the room is on the 2nd floor but relatively high, just the elevator is broken, it is more tiring to get heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Others have no defects.

We had a great time at Carine's place. The loft was very clean and very well equipped! The heated pool is a plus and the estate is superb. Carine is very nice and has good advice. If you have animals everything is also thought for their welcome (loft with enclosed garden same for the cottage) The accommodation is in absolute calm not overlooked which allows you to recharge your batteries. Finally everything is provided for children (many outdoor games for all ages and tastes) We recommend it!

Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

Very nice place, fantastic house and the comfort at the top...for sure you don't get bored and Stefano and family are fantastic.... I will be very happy to come back

We stayed at Giorgia’s place in Cefalù and fell in love! We loved the spa area and the location was perfect - just a very quick walk to anything, especially some of the best restaurants in the city and beach! The apartment was a luxury stay and felt private. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

Beautiful place to stay in a tranquil location with lovely scenery. Nicely decorated, kitchen was well equipped with oven, microwave grill, hob, fridge freezer and lots of pots and pans, plus basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, garlic etc). Bathroom was really nicely done, plenty of space, with toilet, jacuzzi bath, shower and bidet. Lots of candles, artwork and ornaments helped to give the place a homely feel. The pool area was fantastic with lots of different seating areas, a wonderful pool and some shade. The only downsides to the whole place were the bed which was uncomfortable, and the shower - it did not maintain a consistent temperature, going from cold to very hot, then back to cold, so a comfortable shower was not possible, we had to constantly change the temperature and from one shower head to another. Valentina was very welcoming, with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us on arrival. She was easily contactable and responded quickly to any messages.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have a big family and this fit our needs perfectly! The view was beautiful, the house was beautiful and everything was cared for with great detail. Anna and Daniele were so helpful and kind. They answered questions and gave great recommendations on the area. Anghiari is such a sweet and cozy town- what a gem! Very walkable with a great park and a beautiful view of the town. We visited Arezzo just down the road and loved it! Great shops, museums and very walkable. We would definitely stay here again!
