The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.
