Lovely serviced apartment with a pool

We had a great stay! Everything was as described and Iwona reacted always very quickly to messages and questions. The accommodation had everything we needed. Great balcony overlooking the pool. One down side were the noisy people in the neighboring apartments, which was quite tolerable if one doesn’t have a baby that is a light sleeper like we unfortunately did. Also the neighbors upstairs were making renovations smack down in the middle of the vacationing season which I find unacceptable. But the staff promptly instructed quiet hours for the renovations when we complained. Overall a very helpful and friendly staff at the apartment building as well. The pool was amazing. We even swam in the child section with the baby in the afternoon hours when the water is warmer. Parking in the parking spaces of the building can get problematic in the afternoon and evening as all the spots would fill and there were always cars that had to park outside the gates, which was fine. Even though Svetlana is not the person who is accommodating the guests, the communication and the responsiveness with her and her point of contact was as expected for smooth check in or everything you need. The apartment is "what you see is what you get", clean and welcoming for a good holiday. Coffee machine and capsules were available for at least 3 days ahead. Great beach as seen from the terrace and 5 minutes walking distance. Great location for diving and water sports. Not much noise after 10 PM and in the evening you can also hear wolves howl at the end of the Strandzha mountain. Restaurants with good food nearby.

Very nice apartment with a very nice view to the sea.. The whole family we felt ,like home.. nice beach with good atmosphere and views.. The prices are like for a nice and clean complex in a very good resort on our black seaside.. Also we will vacation in this place with our family and again in this apartment with host Stoyan.

It was a really amazing place - very quite, far from the noise, isolated and still close to few nearby resorts, and nature-lovers would absolutely loved it. You have several lovely beaches within 5-10 minutes by car or you can rent a bicycle, plus the river Ropotamo and ancient Thracian sanctuary are close. Lots of fun and things to do around, which is great. Konstantin is a cool guy and host - warm, thoughtful and does everything to make you feel at home. You deferentially need a car, though.

I had a great stay at Konstantin’s apartment. It is in a location that allows for quick access to the beach and everything one could possibly do in Sozopol. The balcony was a nice touch too. Konstantin was an attentive host and I hope to stay again.
