We traveled with eight people, a family trip, comfortable, large apartment met our needs. The common areas are also large. There was a private bathroom for all rooms. The pool in the listing was regularly cleaned by the children and enjoyed it. For half an hour by car, there are many beach shopping opportunities.

Probably the best place that you can find at the Bulgarian seaside. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The house is better than on the pictures. We loved the place and we can’t wait to visit again!

Great place with a very welcoming host. The yard is well-kept and has a beautiful view of the sea. It is close to two beaches and a short drive away from many more. The amenities are good and the A/C works well. The kitchen is fully stocked. The parking situation is a bit challenging but doable. The neighbors were also friendly. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa in Lozenetz, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to both Oasis Beach and Midenia Beach, which made it super convenient for beach days. Tip: you can access Oasis beach via the stairs on the north side of the beach. The villa itself is lovely, with a well-maintained garden and a spacious patio that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The outdoor space really adds to the charm of the place, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or having a meal outside. Inside, the villa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Teodor was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway near the Black Sea, this villa is a fantastic choice!

Dimo was an exceptional host—friendly, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Communication was effortless, and he made us feel so welcome. We absolutely fell in love with the place. The house is beyond amazing, beautifully designed, and the yard is simply stunning. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly 5-star. The attention to detail in the house was remarkable, from the cozy interiors to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was perfect. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dreamy getaway!
