My family and I are very well hosted! The pictures correspond to what you find in the house, everything clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about taking a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apto is great and the reception as well. Received us with great affection ♡

Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.

The location is excellent, half a block from the most beautiful beach in Sao Francisco, the apartment is very complete and comfortable for 4 people or a couple and 2 children. The only disadvantage is that the single beds were very uncomfortable, expired mattresses... the double bed on the other hand was very comfortable. The only thing to improve, otherwise a 10.

The host was extremely thoughtful and kind. The apartment is exactly like in the ad and we will definitely be back. The town is spectacular. well worth the experience.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

Hosting is very good, close to everything the place is very quiet as well. The apartment is small, but equipped with everything she needs in everyday life and Juliana was super wanted and attentive!

My husband and I stayed a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was impeccably clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils are new, all very well decorated and the construction finish is very well done. The owners Dulce and Sol were very delicate, welcomed us very well, were available throughout the stay and even though they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and lines. If you want to walk, hear the sound of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't want to cook, you'll find food options near this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fish shops nearby. Guaratuba's municipal administration has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but there is nothing to disrupt your vacation or rest.

The best stay you can find in Matinhos! The apartment is exactly like in the ad, with fully equipped kitchen (it was great to have a little barbecue there!) and several other amenities. 5 guests quietly accommodates. The condominium's common areas are also excellent, the pool is delicious. The access to the apartment is very quiet, super flexible and the instructions are clear. But the very high point was to meet Letícia, host and extremely kind and attentive person, who helped me with several issues (even several). Many thanks for everything Letícia, we hope to come back more often and meet you in the next! ❤️

Luciano was kind and cordial throughout the stay. The apartment is great, excellent size, has all the kitchen items, if you want to cook. The place was extremely clean. All the rooms have a net fan, in addition to being very airy. It has two bathrooms with a gas shower (great). Safe and very quiet condominium. The pool area is great. Close to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, shops. We had an excellent stay! I recommend it!

The apartment was very clean and organized, faithful to the photos of the ad. Since the Josue reservation has always been very attentive and quick in the answers and details. We were very well received by Marcelo who accompanied our arrival and departure.
