The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Geräumiges 1,5 Zimmer- Appartement in Übersee-Feldwies, frisch renoviert. 5-min fußläufig zum Chiemsee gelegen. In 15 min ist man auch zu Fuß die Strandpromenade zum Strandbad entlangspaziert. Von dort ausgedehnte Spaziergänge im Naturschutzgebiet möglich. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Hofladen (24h geöffnet) & das Wirtshaus Feldwies. Zentrale und gut angebundene Lage für Ausflüge in's Achental & den gesamten Chiemgau.
