The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On the first floor there are a total of 3 double rooms - one of them with an en-suite bathroom. 2 more bathrooms are located in the Farmers Home.

My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

One of our guests described the remise as a “Tiny House with antiques.” Surrounded by old trees is the former remise, adjacent to our 140-year-old villa in the beautiful Übersee am Chiemsee. The stylish small duplex, furnished with antique furniture and pictures, accommodates two people.
