Ideally located with the train station only 3 km away and a bus stop within a 10-minute walk, we offer you the perfect starting point for exploring. Enjoy the sunny terrace with canopy and experience unforgettable holidays! Attention: Übersee is considered a spa resort, so we have to report your stay to the tourism office and additionally charge a spa tax of €1 per person per day.

Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know
