The newly renovated vacation home is located in the center of Grünz village, surrounded by the beautiful Randowtal. The cozy kitchen-living room offers a fireplace and a sofa bed. The bedroom with adjoining terrace invites you to have breakfast and linger. The large lawn in front of the vacation home is ideal for children and/or dogs to play and romp. In our beautiful region you can hike for hours, ride a bike and enjoy nature. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish or go boating.

In the village there is a restaurant, a snack bar and the large swimming lake, which can also be explored with an Anka (rowboat) for rent or also for fishing enthusiasts. The surroundings can be explored in peace on the bike paths. The bungalow has a bedroom with sofa bed, a 2nd bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: Duvet covers, sheets, towels & dishtowels must be brought with you. Self-cleaning on departure!

The property is close to the water. Only 300m walk and you can reach the magnificent sandy beach. The vacation home is located on an approx. 6000 m² fenced natural property in the dune forest in the small vacation rental settlement "Theodor Fontane". The small cozy house is ideal for couples and families with max. 2 children who want to spend their holidays on the water and in the middle of nature.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
