Die moderne Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Sauna (30€ extra als Energieausgleich) und Kamin sorgen für Entspannung an kalten, der Bauerngarten an warmen Tagen. Das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche wurde komplett neu in der Scheune eingebracht.

This pretty apartment with private parking is centrally located in the beautiful Golddorf Winnekendonk, a district of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer. In the village there are bakery, restaurants, supermarket and a mini golf course (from May). Bus stop right outside the door. You can reach the city center of Kevelaer in just a few minutes. The Netherlands and Weeze Airport are only a few minutes drive. Fleuth, Niers and Sonsbecker Switzerland invite you to hike and cycle.

In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Fewo an der Niers

Nothing stands in the way of relaxation in our cozy apartment. In the spacious living room is the sofa bed with extra topper. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. If you like to travel in nature, whether by bike, on foot or even sporty on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the sup on the Niers, we offer the entrance directly in the garden and if you don't have your own board, you can borrow one from us.

Vacation at the Eulenhof

Large apartment on a farm in the countryside in the vicinity of Xanten. Perfect for bike tours through green meadows or along the Rhine. By car or bus you can reach Xanten in a few minutes, where there are a variety of restaurants and shopping. The large kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a longer stay. A pretty garden area in front of the apartment invites you to linger.

Heeser Weg vacation home

From this centrally located place you can reach the city center in about 10-15 minutes. The forest is almost outside the door and invites you to take long walks. For the little ones, there is a playground within walking distance. In Xanten, many sights await you. At the North and South Seas, you can do water sports or just linger at the plaza with cool drinks and good food.

Uedemer Häuschen

Quiet and centrally located in Uedem. In a few steps to cafes, snacks, banks, supermarkets and the Uedemer Bürgerhaus. Enjoy undisturbed little luxury in Burgwall 10.
