Dit unieke zwembadhuis ligt midden in hartje Borne. Hierbij kunt u genieten van verschillende wellness mogelijkheden. U kunt genieten van uw rust in een bosrijke omgeving. Daarnaast bevindt het centrum van Borne zich op loopafstand. Het zwembadhuis is 500 m2 groot en beschikt over een terras van 250 m2, twee slaapkamers, badkamer, sauna, stoomsauna, zwembad, jacuzzi, regendouche, professionele zonnebank, wasmogelijkheden, keuken, koelkast, ruime woonkamer, gas en houtskoolgrill.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Nice place on the edge of the forest and near the village!

Nice place on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! In the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2-p bed and sleeping loft with 2 single beds above the kitchen. The center is at walking distance. But we also live wonderfully freely, right on the forest and the Pieterpad. April 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, we cannot allow permanent residence.

The adjacent Brasserie Willemientje serves breakfast, lunch and you can have a drink with snacks Shops, restaurants, museums and the cozy "Oude Markt" with the many terraces are within walking distance. Nature lovers pay attention! Relax in our holiday home, beautifully located in the middle of nature. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with bunk bed. The spacious bathroom is fully equipped and the kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) is fully equipped. The beautiful location of our holiday home offers an abundance of peace and space. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the surroundings all around you.

Fantastic lake lodge with sauna, garden & canoe

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.
