The Tätdorf Kate is centrally located with good cycling and transport connections in the Lüneburg Heath (directly on the B4). The renovated old building convinces with a short connection to the spa town of Bad Bevensen and the beautiful old town of Lüneburg with many cultural highlights. Hospitality and shopping are possible in the immediate vicinity. Until March 2026, construction noise is to be expected during working hours, as a house is being built on the rear property.

The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. An open staircase leads to a kitchen with seating, a living room with sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. This total of 44 m² was newly renovated in 2021. Bathrooms with shower tub are available for up to 3 guests. A washing machine and dryer can be used.

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.

Apartment in a old half-timbered house. Private entrance with motion detector connected entrance lighting. Quietly located in side street, but in the middle of the village. Shopping within walking distance (5-8 min) Doctors and pharmacies in the village. Apartment is equipped with insect screens. The apartment can also be booked for one night. The newly renovated furnished apartment in the historic half-timbered house from 1720 offers you a cozy home for your vacation.
