Sokol House

Sokil Estate is located in the Kyiv region, Novosilky village, Vyshgorod district, 20 km from Kyiv. This is a traditional mud house (heated by a wood-burning stove), but with all modern amenities. Built in 1937. When reconstructing the house, we sought to preserve the original rural character of the building, while providing a comfortable place to relax. Everything is in an authentic style: clay dishes, handmade wooden furniture and a clay wood-burning oven for cooking.

Хатинка знаходяться на окраєні букового лісу з панорамою на вітряки. У нас ви зможете повністю перезагрузитися і надихнутися красою довкола. У будинку є окремо ізольована спальня, кухня-вітальня, двоспальне місце на мансардному поверсі, ванна, душ, туалет, сауна( додаткова оплата), а також чан на терасі(додаткова оплата).

Very beautiful green courtyard with a cozy recreation area and barbecue. In a quiet place. A shopping centre with supermarkets, boutiques, a cinema, a children's area and food courts is a kilometre away from the house. The sea with well-maintained beaches, restaurants, swimming pools and playgrounds is 2 km away. There are two houses on the territory: the main and the guest. The apartment is located in a guest house on the 2nd floor.

ЛАЗЕЩИНА ,(Lazeshchyna (в заголовку помилково вказано як Ясіня) яке розташоване найближче до найвищих вершин українських Карпат Петрос (2020 м) і Говерла (2061 м), та знаходиться на кордоні між Закарпаттям та Галичиною, а взимку це гірськолижний курорт, всього 15 км до Буковеля, 18 км до Драгобрата.
