Janet always responded quickly . Lock box details and address arrived as expected . The accommodation was easy to find . We were lucky to get a parking space very close by . Lock box easy to use . Kitchen bathroom and bedroom were very clean and bright . Was so lovely to have tea, coffee and milk for us to make a cuppa after a long 5 hour journey , thank you . Went for nice walk round village which was lovely and quiet . Went to English heritage site just a stroll up the road . We ate at the Queens head which was just a short 5 mins walk . Friendly people and food was just what we were looking for , simple pub food with a nice glass of wine . Lovely to have tv in room to wind down before climbing into lovely clean , soft sheets . Had a good nights sleep before going to our granddaughters christening . Would recommend Janet’s place . Hope to return one day .

Loved this Airbnb from the moment I got there and felt instantly at home. It’s spacious and minimalistic, whilst having everything you need for a great stay. The quietness of the surroundings and views across the fields/Lenham make it very peaceful. I was working whilst I was there and the wifi / desk space was excellent. Jo was really helpful from the start and speedy with responses. Thanks Jo and I look forward to staying again.

Enjoyable stay very comfortable felt like been at home. The bungalow was very clean.
