The whole plot is covered with trees and lawns so you can sit completely unoccupied outside. The house is 150m2 and has 2nd bedrooms with double beds , 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with exit to the dining area.
