It is 10 minutes to Lassalyckan and Sanatorieskogen, an area for sports, exercise and the outdoors.

The apartment is about 110 m2 in size and has a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and two 80 cm single beds. Bedlinen and towels are not included.
