Gripenbergsgatan is close to Elmia, only five minutes by car! Spacious villa with miles of views of Lake Vättern, Jönköping and Huskvarna! A fantastic view position and a pleasant atmosphere to relax in after a long day of work! The place is great for couples, groups, families, and business travelers. In the relaxation area there is a Jacuzzi and sauna. Grocery stores are located in Huskvarna city center about 3 km from our house. To Elmia it is about 4 km, to the Travel Centre in central Jönköping it is about 10 km.

Cycling distance to Isaberg Mountain Resort via single track or 7 min drive to the car park, 5 mins drive to the top car park at Isaberg Ski Resort, 10 min drive to Isaberg golf course. 30 min drive to High Chaparral. Walking distance to train station, pizza restaurant, chip shop and local supermarket with good selection. 15 min drive to big supermarket in Gislaved.

Nice little house 2,5km from the top of Isaberg!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The closes lake is only about 200m from the property and Isaberg mountain resort is only a few minutes away. The property offers a large conservatory and open plan layout with two large bedrooms (and one very small). Large garden with plenty of space for kids to play. Bikes can be locked away during the night:) The conservatory is not heated so not to be used during winter time.

The uniqueness of this villa is its relax, including a tiled jacuzzi (for 4-6 adults) that always holds 37 degrees, sauna, gym (with weights, spinning bike and Skierg), large recreation room with projector, ping pong table, a large orangery, secluded plot. The whole house is renovated last 10 years.
