Located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, we call it "BEe in foREST", located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, in the lap of nature with which we are closely connected. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Quiet environment surrounded by nature 5 km away from the sea. A stone house with oak furniture on 3 floors, with large open spaces. With stunning views of the sea and the Alps. Nearby, owners have cheese making, so different indigenous cheeses can be tasted. Also in nearby meadows can be seen grazing sheep. The distance from the city guarantees peace and freedom. Ideal for families, cyclists, and anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Guests have a 30% discount on their aquapark ticket.

Traditional Istrian Stone House

Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Charming 200 year-old Istrian house in the old town of Žminj. It has a little yard and table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The interior features many antique objects and furniture from when the house was last inhabited, 70+ years ago.
