The Property was beautiful and peaceful Mark was informative and the property was exactly as advertised. There was a lot of rules however they all made very valid points. overall it was cheaper than a hotel and more private witch was nice.

Great, well-kept house with incredible surroundings and nature to explore! The pictures do not do it justice for good that view is. House amenities covered everything one would need with lots of seating and a furnished kitchen (plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans). Catherine helped with all the little requests that came up during my month long stay there. Technology was not the focus with just a small tv, but it really shouldn't be when in this area. Wifi is strong and allowed me to easily work remotely during my time there. If I was in the area again this house would be the go-to. With regards to the driveway, at least 6" of ground clearance is recommended for the last half mile up to the house. One of my friends drove a crossover with only about 4-5 inches of clearance and it scraped on the way up. Driveway is steep (5-10% grade) as well. 2wd with clearance can get you up in the nicer months, but muddy or snowy conditions would require 4wd with good tires.

Beautiful forest view from the deck. Well appointed kitchen with all the basics and much much more. Clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Obviously much thought and attention went into making sure this place delivers the best possible experience for their guests. I’d stay here again. Gorgeous area of Vermont 💗

Enjoyed our stay at Paul's place. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Extremely convenient to Smuggler's Notch and Burlington. It had plenty of space and some thoughtful amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
