Monthly Rentals in Union City

The place was good. Only the heating inside the room was a bit too much. It's connected to the building so u cant really control it. Other than that, the place is pretty good and close to a lot of stores.

Carlos & Ursula’s home was a great place to stay for us. They were so generous and kind. When we first arrived, they left us New Year gear & two tickets to start our adventures in the city. They left everything we needed. From new cozy slippers to snacks and food to get us started. We definitely recommend a stay here. The location is cozy & very private. The area felt safe and the community was kind. Thank you Carlos & Ursula!!

I stayed for 6 wks for work. Hosts have excellent communication and response times. I would highly recommend renting from them! Expect city parking in this area (clean sweep times, 2 hr free guest parking, finding a diff spot everyday). You’ll be given a visitor pass for street parking within a 4 block radius. Municipal parking garage is located 1.5 blocks away (easy walk). The pass provided doesn’t work there. The garage does not have clear signs inside. Attendant gave incorrect info so here is info from the town parking authority. Anyone can park in the municipal garage for free from 6pm-9am. Outside those hours, fare purchase is required (except Sun?). My only critique is to maintain the yard front/back. Patio furniture was too dirty for use. I loved the natural light. No side neighbors from window view. Laundry is included. Beautiful, upscale decor. Beds/linens are amazingly comfortable. No bugs in the apartment. Safe neighborhood 24/7 for a female coming home late. Stay here!

We had a great time in Union City, at Dana's studio. Despite the cold, the studio was always well air conditioned. The kitchen items work very well and there was never a lack of hot water. The neighborhood is very quiet and we could walk our dog without problems or even take her to the bathroom at 1 am, without feeling unsafe. Bus stops are very close and you can reach Manhattan in 20mins. Totally recommended!
