Monthly Rentals in Union Hill-Novelty Hill

We really enjoyed our extended stay at the apartment. It was nicely furnished and well stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The space was comfortable and ideal for a longer stay, offering plenty of room to relax and work remotely, with excellent wifi speeds. Our hosts were communicative and responsive, making the experience even more pleasant. The location is great- situated near mountains for easy access to outdoor adventures and not far from Seattle. Being close to grocery stores and other amenities also made it easy to settle in and fully enjoy our time in the area.

It's a decent sized studio house situated next to the host's full sized house. Basically a mother in law. Beds were comfy, 2 queen and a convertible couch with an option to set up a twin size foam mattress or a queen inflatable. Lots of options, we fit our family of 5 just fine. Kitchen had what we needed to cook and the coffee/tea set up was nice. Fridge worked great. Clean and comfortable. If you're very allergic to cats or dogs, bring some allergy medicine, since it's a pet friendly place. It's clean but if your allergies are acute you might still react, you know how it goes. 😏

Beautiful accommodation, unique and very appealing decor and furniture. Red cedar roof and floor added to the atmosphere of relaxation, with comfy sofa and chairs on thick rug, and stove burner in the corner (using gas, but so realistic). Alexa using wall mounted speakers. Spacious downstairs and spiral staircase to bed balcony above, with attractive wooden banister. Table football and shuffle board did not take up undue space below and both were of excellent quality. Georgia and Wes could not have been more welcoming, making us feel at home before we even arrived. Lots of special treats left on small charming bar with stools, in fridge, in cookie jars. This very large "cabin" was a delight to stay in and it was a real pleasure to meet the exceptional hosts.

Fantastic stay! The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any minor issues, making the experience seamless. Their flexibility and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!
