Monthly Rentals in Union Park

We stayed here for just about 4 days [3 adults, 1 infant, 3 large dogs]. Overall it was a nice experience. Check-in was very easy. The house was very clean upon arrival. Our hosts were very responsive. It had everything we needed. Items of note: - It is about 40 minutes with decent traffic to the Parks, only if you use the toll roads. If you do not use toll roads, it will take you twice as long. It is 27 miles, not 27 minutes. - The AC couldn’t keep up with the heat, so the house often hit 75-77 when we had it set 67-70 at all times. It wouldn’t cool down to our desired temperature until 2-3am, or so.

Frank’s place was great. It looked just like the photos and it’s big enough for two people. It is located in a nice neighborhood in East Orlando with easy access to supermarkets, stores, restaurants and malls. Frank went above and beyond and made sure we were always comfortable. He would reply quickly and his recommendations were top notch. We would definitely stay at Paradise Cove again!

Place was nice and neat. Easy instructions and easy to find. Very great place would stay again.

Randall is great with communication, very friendly and he was very flexible with our needs. His place is perfect for two people. Had everything we needed. It is very quiet and peaceful. You need a car but many stores and coffee shops are 5 to 10 minutes away. The neighborhood feels very safe. We took a long walk around the area every day. We recommend and would definitely book again in the future if it is available.
