Monthly Rentals in University

This was a great place to stay. I have a few things that could have been better, but I still have 5 stars because this place was actually amazing, comfortable, peaceful, and looked exactly like the post. The bad but not so bad: 1) Hot water in the shower is limited. It only gets warm due to the know having a stopper on it that doesn’t allow you to turn it beyond a certain point. Bathroom sink and kitchen sink get really hot. 2) Bed frame rolls away from the headboard. It came apart at the bottom but I put it back together. I would recommend getting a more stable bed frame. 3) It would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan. I like to clean up after myself when I get something on the floor. Overall, this place is worth the stay. I will stay here when I’m in town again. Thank you for being nice, attentive to my questions, and responding quickly.

The home was absolutely beautiful and better than I expected. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The patio was such a bonus especially when it rained. I would stay here again. The home is close to EVERYTHING!

Jason was helpful and friendly he responded quickly and made changes to help us the apartment was well equipped and had cleanings supplies the laundry was clean and had washing supplies thanks again
