Monthly Rentals in University Park

Beautiful host living in a beautiful home situated close to the Franciscan monastery and the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. We were greeted warmly and even got to park in the garage.

Everything is perfect. The home is clean, and the location is good. Overall, I can say that it was a great experience for my wife and me.

This was my second visit to Leanne's house. During the three weeks of my stay, I had a really relaxing time, as I did last time. Leanne is an incredibly nice and friendly host. It's no exaggeration that so many previous guests call her a great host! The house was always kept very clean. I usually felt very comfortable using the bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer in the basement, and other areas. Leanne's responses to my questions and requests were always prompt and friendly. I also enjoyed having conversations with Leanne, her family, and friends. Of course, I was also able to have complete privacy whenever I wanted. I visited the Library of Congress in DC and the National Archvies II, and the house is in a very good location to visit both institutions. The neighborhood was very safe and I was able to walk to a variety of shops and stores as well as the Metro station. I especially loved jogging in the beautiful neighborhood! I can't wait to stay at Leanne's house again next time!

Exactly as pictured. Room was comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom. I think maid came everyday. Full kitchen to use. Washer and dryer were a bit hit or miss on working. Quiet at all times. Would recommend.
