Modern and tidy, the proximity of the main road becomes hassle-free by the roundabout, it looked a little more spacious in the photos but only one room with bathroom. Shower big enough for one person, sink very small. Everything modern and super clean. FYI: the bed is rather soft (without rating)

Very nice spacious apartment, which was cool and pleasant despite the extreme temperatures. Wonderful view of the Rhine Valley. Thanks for the 3 beautiful days.

Very nice hostess. Absolutely sufficient and recommended for a short stay. Tram within walking distance with connection to the center. Free parking is available in the area. The studio is located in the hostess's house in a quiet area. Sofa bed comfortable. If someone cares about it and wants to stock up beforehand: The coffee machine is from Tchibo (Cafissimo). If necessary, a few more hooks could be installed in the bathroom.

Gerrit's apartment is very clean and modern. Check-in was convenient and straightforward. The apartment is located in a quiet side street (car-free zone). Nevertheless, you can reach the S-Bahn (suburban train) stop in about 3 minutes. Bakeries, cafes, etc. are also reachable in a few minutes' walk. I can definitely recommend the apartment.

Thierry was a great host. Spacious, clean and tastefully furnished apartment. Plenty to do in the area, and a nice large playground 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

We felt very comfortable with Michael, the house is very nice and spacious, we didn't miss anything, everything is as in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden. An unexpected extra plus was the two big standing horses that our 5 year old daughter was busy with all weekend! :-D There are also plenty of games, the ping pong table was another great surprise. We enjoyed the time very much and are already considering when we can come back!

We actually enjoyed everything very much, the few days away on the Mosel were very nice and we had wonderful weather, at Klabautermann "a small houseboat bar" which is two minutes away by foot from us, we were able to enjoy a few delicious drinks. The bakery Belda, which is also about two minutes away by foot, you can eat very tasty cakes and the rolls are also very good. So overall we had a perfect place to stay for us. Everything went smoothly and well with Jessica, the apartment is small and cute and prepared with a lot of love. In any case highly recommended!!!

Cannot recommend Stephan and this place enough! Stephan was incredibly helpful and flexible. He gave us local recommendations and helped us with some car trouble. The house was perfect and the outside table with fairy lights were a great touch! If we’re ever in the area again we will book here! It’s really clean and peaceful. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Great for Nürburgring & Spa road trips. It was really close to shops and petrol station, 3 mins from supermarket and auto repair places. Overall really really good.

We were a group of 10 friends looking for a simple place where to sleep for a weekend. The appartement was great, similarly to the pictures and descriptions. The Check in instructions were extremely simple and precise. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Dragos's place. He communicated very smoothly and the house met expectations. There are really 5 full bedrooms and it's nice that everyone has their own place. We especially wanted to visit Cologne ourselves and found the location of the house ideal. You can leave your car safely and tram line 18 is within walking distance.

Ute is a friendly host who took good care of us. She even offered to take us to the nearest train station when we were going to a meeting in Cologne. We travelled between the city center and the apartment with Uber – it worked well, despite the apartment being a bit away from the city center.

We spent a few very nice days in the apartment on Lake Bigges and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen. A highlight is the great lake view, which can be enjoyed from both the living room and the covered balcony. In good weather, the area invites you to take walks, bike ride or excursions to the water and if the weather does not play along, for example, a visit to the Attah cave nearby is worthwhile.

Andreas was very good in communicating with us and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at his beautiful clean house. He also suggested some stores and local restaurants around the area. He's very helpful. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Private bedrooms and a living room sitting area provided a good balance for our family. The apartment was spotless clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Check-in time was flexible, although we were late. We received a friendly welcome and good tips for the apartment and surroundings.

We loved this apartment, right on the Rhine River. The view is amazing and the apartment is large, clean and very well furnished. The bed we used was comfortable (there are two beds, one in each spacious bedroom). and there are metal shades that help a jet lagged person sleep. The surrounding areas are beautiful and walkable. Even though we had difficulty finding the apartment, we would highly recommend it to others who were new to the area and not driving, like us. We look forward to returning next year and love the city of Koblenz, especially for its walking options and the charm of the old city.
