Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Der Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Garten bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Unterföhring liegt sehr nah an der Stadt München (20 min mit der S-Bahn zum Marienplatz) und Flughafen (17min mit S-Bahn). Mit zwei Badeseen und viel Natur bietet Unterföhring auch viele Möglichkeiten für eine Auszeit. Eine Küche ist nicht vorhanden.

Das 25qm große, möblierte Appartment verfügt über eine voll ausgestattet Küche, einen Kachelofen, einen Gäste-WLAN sowie ein modernes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Appartment wurde 2019 erst komplett neu hergerichtet und verfüg zudem über separaten Zugang.
