Recommended for those who want to enjoy Ikeda-cho at their leisure in early summer. We also welcome stays of one night or more as a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba. It is conveniently located as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe. Early summer is also a recommended time for sightseeing in the Northern Alps. We also accommodate group trips, family trips, and stays of several nights to long-term stays. You can get here by public transportation, but it is more convenient to have a car in this area. If you are coming by train, there may not be a taxi at the station, so we recommend planning your transportation in advance. Free pick-up and drop-off are available from Akashina Station and Shinano-Matsukawa Station. For a fee, we can arrange transportation to and from Matsumoto Station, Nagano Station, and the Sawando Bus Terminal, among other locations.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

"Yoko's Inn Wakuwaku" is a "separate" inn adjacent to the creative home cooking restaurant "Wakuwaku", limited to one group per day. There is a private entrance. The first floor is a living space with a dining table, and the second floor is a bedroom. From the window, you can see the vast rural landscape and the Northern Alps Tateyama mountain range in the distance. Guests can optionally have breakfast, dinner, etc. (breakfast 1,000 yen, dinner from 2,000 yen. Please ask).
