On 35 m² there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed (either 90 x 200 or 2 x 90 x 200, whereby in the second case a low bed depth and a confined space must be considered). Kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm). Always happy to answer questions about the city and its surroundings.

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Our apartment on the first floor has a size of 30 square meters and consists of a shared living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, which is fully equipped: microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filter), kettle, toaster. Dish soap and dish towels are available. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ventilation and dehumidifier. In addition, clothes racks, ironing board and iron are available for your laundry.
