The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

The fresh renovated holiday apartment is centrally located in the town of Farchant, 4km from the center of Garmisch. The train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.

Our six cozy double rooms are perfect for cyclists or hikers who would like to stay with us for just one night. Rooms are equipped with double bed, TV and cozy sitting area. Towels, bed linen, bathrobe are included. You use the 8 single bathrooms in the basement. In addition, there is a lounge, laundry room, cycling and ski room and a great economy with breakfast and Mediterranean cuisine in our house. And all at the foot of the brown corner.

The charming Badhäusl, once the wash house of the adjacent former Alpenhotel Kogel, is a true gem from 1891. Located directly on the edge of the forest and surrounded by an idyllic flower meadow, it offers an incomparable natural experience. On 25 square meters, a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy dining area and a practical kitchenette await you. Enjoy cozy evenings in front of the wood-burning stove or by the campfire.

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps.
