Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Upper Franconia

We stayed with Melanie for the second time now and it was all great again. Melanie is super sweet and always available and helpful. Our children felt comfortable on the horse farm and were happy to be able to pet Icelandic horses every day:) The accommodation is also cozy and has everything you need. So we'd love to come back a third time:)

Thank you very much for this great holiday accommodation, we felt right at home. The lodge is superbly equipped, the beds are comfortable and everything is super clean. A lovingly equipped, small cottage to feel comfortable and enjoy. Nestled in a quiet, idyllic village surrounded by nature. Many great excursion destinations for big and SMALL :), very close and a large selection of excellent gastronomy! We were positively surprised by how much vegan/vegetarian there was to choose from. There is everything that is needed, not too much and not too little. The hosts were very accommodating and always available. Super great, highly recommended and we will definitely be back :). Albert and Steffie's apartment is a real gem in a green setting! It is very well equipped, comfortable, warm and unparalleled cleanliness compared to all our previous airbnb! The garden is still lavishly furnished. The feeling that everything is thought out in every detail for vacationers to enjoy! Some pretty hiking sites nearby (Kammerwagen in Falkenberg, Burghardsteiche in Wiesau, Burgruine Weißenstein in Waldershof...) and some discovery visits in the Czech Republic (Karlovy Vary town, Loket village and Františkovy Lázně thermal site) will have greatly occupied our three days. We thank our hosts for the quality of their welcome and accommodation which helped make our short stay very pleasant!

The hostess was super nice and often sought personal contact, which we liked very much. She was practically always available for us with questions or similar. The house is above average well equipped for a cottage with everything the family needs. The location is very quiet and that's why we were able to relax well. Definitely recommended!

We felt extremely comfortable in Birgit's apartment. It is very spacious and you have absolutely everything you need. It's true paradise for children. There are plenty of toys in the house but also in the huge garden. The hosts were very attentive and there were even eggs from their own chickens and a hidden Easter gift for the smallest guest.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything is as in the description – and even better. The house is perfectly located if you want to visit the main attractions of Oberfranken in the Bamberg-Coburg-Bayreuth triangle. Thanks to the very warm welcome and the cozy warm atmosphere in and around the house, we immediately felt at home. The house itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay – from the kitchen equipment to games for children. In addition, the place is extremely clean and the amenities very comfortable. I highly recommend a stay in the Lieb apartment!

A very nice little cottage with great furnishings, friendly (but not intrusive) hosts, there are a lot of books and games available for children and adults. You can switch off well, also due to the lack of mobile reception :-). We felt comfortable, a beautiful little garden completes the feeling.

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

Good accommodation for hikes in the Steigerwald. Many hiking trails start almost at the front door. The apartment had everything you need for a few days.

We had booked both apartments to walk the 5 Seidla Steig. Christine was there herself for a short time and was able to give us tips. Very pleasant and easy going👍🏼. The apartment probably newly renovated, bright, clean and nicely furnished. You could move in right away. Top kitchen and amenities. Great view and large balcony. Even with climbing wall that we also tested. The price is unbeatable compared to surrounding pensions. This was also one of the few ways to accommodate our friend group with 10 people together in the area. Now even 12 people are leaving. We were all able to have breakfast together, as there are large tables, enough space and also enough dishes. It was just great and everyone enjoyed it. If we go hiking there again, we will be happy to come back. Thank you very much Christine

An excellent place to stay for both a short and long term. The house is very clean and comfortable, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Cool place to climb nearby crags. Nice view and the balcony. Everything you need to prepare meals is in the kitchen. Petra is very nice and helpful host. The accommodation is a separate space on the 2nd floor of the house. The bathroom is outside of the room but it's private. Overall, we had a good time!

Great apartment in downtown Weiden with the parking space inside the old town. Highly recommend.

You can walk to the supermarket, playground is around the corner and also short hikes are right outside the door. We will be happy to come back:)

Very cozy flat, you feel comfortable from the beginning. Daniel is very friendly and helpful. Daniel lives with his wife above the apartment, so always approachable,you still enjoy your privacy. Bikes could be parked in his garage. Our kids loved the house chickens. Definitely our apartment for the next family visit in Hof.

Just finished my stay. Mario is an excellent host. Instructions are clear hence not an issue checking in and out. Place was clean. Nice and comfortable beds. Moreover, there were basic food stuff plus auxiliaries provided in the kitchen to have a quick snack and a cup of coffee. Therefore one of the places which you can consider while staying in Hof.
