Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The until looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Charles was EXTREMELY helpful and let us store our luggage early. He was also very responsive to all questions. Super cute little unit on a pretty block.

Martin has very good, clean and accessible accommodation next to all the shops and a 5 mm walk from the subway. You're just 25 minutes from Times Square. Martin is a helpful host and very prompt when it comes to answering questions. It's a quiet area of New York, ideal for a long stay. I highly recommend martin's accommodation.

The photos don't do the apartment justice. It's super comfortable for two people. Overall, everything was clean. If you're planning a long-term stay, you might want to invest in higher-quality kitchen utensils. The area is extremely convenient, right across from the train station and with a reasonable commute to Midtown. Gisele and her assistant in the building were very pleasant and attentive. The only downside is the occasional sound of sirens, but it didn't bother me much. No doubts I would stay here again.

I spent nearly 4 months in this apartment and it was everything I could have hoped for ! The environment is very lively, lot of great food and nice people around. The flat in itself is full of light, with everything you need already there. I spent a few weeks living with up to 3 friends in the flat and honestly is was very manageable. Last but not least, the host is extremely nice and very helpful. I felt safe and like I could really rely on him if needed. Overall, I cannot recommend this flat enough and really I will be able to come back one day to have a coffee with the squirrels on the terrasse !
