Monthly Rentals in Upper West Side, Manhattan

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place and appreciated the excellent communication with him. Daniel responded promptly and was very flexible regarding check-in. There was a minor issue in the apartment, and it was addressed almost immediately! The apartment is perfectly located in the Upper West Side, just a short walk from Central Park. The street is quiet and safe, even at night, yet there are plenty of restaurants, bars, museums, grocery shops, and coffee places within walking distance. The space is cozy—small, but it offers ample storage. The super high ceilings and beautiful fireplace add to its charm, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. I hope to stay at Daniel's place again for my next work-cation in New York!

We had a fantastic time at Blake's place! For a month, this was our home away from home and Blake helped us feel welcomed to the neighborhood with great recommendations. A peaceful oasis amid the busy city, we enjoyed relaxing surrounded by beautiful art and cozy touches. The location was perfect--a short walk to the subway to take us around the city and with great restaurants and grocery stores right around the corner. We especially loved the close proximity to Central Park. We highly recommend others to stay at Blake's place! Thanks, Blake, for helping make our New York stay so special!

Catherine is truly a superhost! Our stay at Catherine’s apartment was incredible. The space was warm, spacious, and inviting, with a location that made it easy to access all areas of the city (but you don’t have to leave the neighborhood is great!) Catherine was highly communicative throughout the entire process—both before our arrival and during our stay. She quickly responded to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a place to stay in New York City, in a wonderful residential neighborhood near a beautiful park, in a great building, with convenient access to all areas, this is the perfect spot. 10/10, highly recommend!

Izi's place was terrific! Spotlessly clean, light-filled apartment. Well maintained brownstone building.Great location -- quiet, safe, easy walk to two different subway stations, near good restaurants and easy walk to Central Park. Kitchen was small, but very well equipped. Bedroom was small, but bed was comfortable. Free in-building laundry, which was always available when I needed it. Izi is a really nice guy and super responsive. He met me when I arrived and carried my heavy bag up two flights. Thank you Izi! I hope to return to your lovely apartment.
